Nismo SSS 2 way LSD, approximatly 8,000 miles, most of which was on the road in a daily driver. Oil changed at least 20 times since I have owned it.
This is an adjustable mechanical differential, you can set the breakaway torque, and you can set whether you want it to be 2 way or 1.5 way. It's also one of the quietest mechanical diffs on the market..

It is supplied exactly as it was fitted to my car, in the casing, with half shafts, and with S14 diff bolts if needed (so you can fit to an S13)
