"The Shoulder"
The time has come due to commuting and a change of circumstances that the SX has got to go. Its been an amazing car and my first real turbocharged experience. Ive owned the car for a little under a year and added a few bits and bobs along the way as can be seen below
Ive spent a great deal on this car in the time ive had it, it has always been warmed up and cooled down properly and no expense has been spared in any department, anyway down to business:
116,000 miles, service history up to a point then serviced by various garages and tuners there after (oil changed every 3-4k with Silkolene Pro S and genuine Nissan Oil Filters), 5 Months Tax, 2 Months MOT, lots and lots of receipts and invoices. I also have the original manual and obviously the spare key too.
The car is currently suffering from some kind of boost issue, myself and Midlands Si pressure tested the intercooler system and found no leaks, however when I purchased the vehicle I was told that the CAS had a fault stored when a consult was ran. I have a working spare CAS which will be given with the car which just needs to be fitted and the car re timed and im 95% sure this should solve the problem, I would do it myself but I havent got the time or funds to get this sorted now.

adjustable KYB AGX shocks with Eibach lowering springs
300zx Wheels refinished in Matt Black
new locking wheel nuts
Low mileage (around 20k) gearbox from an S14a put in about 2k ago as the one I had felt a bit worn and sloppy. Now nice and notchy and tight again.

New Falken 452 rear tyres 1k ago.
Then obviously the standard spec leathers (in good condition), electric mirrors, electric windows, a/c, fogs.
Bad bits - The headlamp washers dont work and havent since I bought it but it doesnt really bother me so havent had it looked at, the front bumper has some lacquer peal, the car is suffering from the boost problem as mentioned above, odd little car park dinks and dents...thats about it really.
I really will be sad to see this go but you have to get sensible at some point i suppose
With the addition of some Nismo Injectors and a HD chip this car will achieve stage 2 (300bhp). So is a great base for someone that wants to take it further or even just enjoy it for what it is! Im asking 2500 ono
