Nut Job AE86 for sale in Japan

I certainly wouldn't say no. What are those two handbrake lever things in the middle? I've never seen anything like that before.
 
I may be wrong but they could each be linked to one rear wheel. A friends Kingfisher custom beach buggy has 3 hand brakes, one for each rear wheel and one to lock them both great for doing piroets on a 6 pence! :nod:

Actually looking at it again I suspect one is a line lock. :wack:

Anyone know of where to get this done in the UK?
