Offers On Mint S13 No Engine

I've lost patience and need money so I've got to sell some cars.
I've had this car for about 9 months now, and only drove it about 40 miles. The engine was filled with death rattle snakes but the car was mint so a deal was struck. replaced the shells, got crank reground, put it back together and it's firing on three.
So I tried to have a look but have been bloody busy. did the usual and Compresion all over, spark,fuel, can't find boost leak, timings good, etc, f@ck knows! Now I'm 30 odd miles away from the car every day so don't havve time to sort it out. plan was to get the engine sweet and sell it for top dollar, but as I say, busy and broke!
just want to see what offers I get for it!
Standard all over, Respray two years ago, very clean and straight shell, non of the usual rust, Cosmetic rust above windscreen only rust on vehicle, Alarm/Imobiliser fitted (no paper work), Full clean interior, Kenwood head.
So Offers for how ever much of the car you want, Shell to Everything including engine ( but I want to keep it for spares really). Enjoy.

A mate want's it, but I've given him three weeks to stump up, Someone else is coming to look at it this weekend, so if you want to check it out pop down and have a look, if your interesed, i can give you ( or whoever looks at it next) second refusal.

I see its prov sold but in case not, has it any T&T ? Is it drivable the way it is to get it home ? 50 or so miles.
