Offset spacers

Just a quick question.

I'm about to fit a set of modded S14 hub knuckles (Powered by max stlye) & was looking at the offset rack spacers to get the most from the kit. I'm also fitting a pair of extra lock track rods with standard S14 rod ends

When you fit the rack spacers do you have to cut down your Track rods or can they be adjusted down?

i dont think the extra lock track rods will do anything if your using the offset spacers, depending on the rods depends if they will have enough thread but if your using s14 bottom arms aswell which give you abit wider track that would help the situation...

My spec (not fitted yet but all parts are bought):-

S14 front hub knuckles - modded with a Powered by max Kit
S14 Front LCA -with polly bushes
New S14 lower ball joints
extra lock track rods
New S14 track rod ends

I just relised the extra lock track rod arms don't do anything with the offset spacers - doh.

Just trying to decide of on offset spacers or modded x-member.

how big is the spacer in the arms? the rack spacers are 6mm i think so go for which ever is bigger!

Just use stock length arms with the offset spacers
