oil cooler / relocation question?

hi i have already got a trust/greddy oil filter relocation kit on my r33 gtr.
this one

im looking to add an oil cooler (thermostatic) to this existing kit. am i right in thinking that all i need is the Thermostatic Oil Cooler Kit (rb26dett) which you sell in the shop? just a mater of removing my oil filter from its relocated sandwich plate and screw the thermostatic plate onto the relocation plate then my filter onto it, and of course the lines out to the cooler core.??? like this

is this right and will it work?????
