Oil filter relocation and oil cooler

What thread are the gauge take offs for this kit and what oil filter does it use? (uk s13 CA18DET)

The relocation kit has 1/8BSP gauge takeoffs, and it uses a metric thread oil filter such as an SR20DET filter. :)
 
I would like to fit my current 1/8NPT thread oil temp and pressure (autometer) senders/gauges to this, any suggestions of the best way to go about this?

1/8NPT is 1/8BSP.... :) Or at least, it is as far as I'm aware, and my 1/8NPT gauges fit into my relocation kit. :)
 
OK cheers, when's best time to phone and order this (can I phone in evening)? Does it include generic mounting bits and bobs?

Sorry for the thread hijack, but it kind of makes sense to put this in here while you're talking about sandwich plates... I bought a DW sandwich plate but I've recently changed my gauges and the senders both have tapered threads on... The sandwich plate has a normal thread - do you do any that the tapered might fit into properly, or do I just bollock them in and hope for no leaks? :wack:

As far as I'm aware, the whole idea of a tapered thread is to lock down into the threads and seal it up to prevent leaks... :) That's what I've always assumed anyway.
 
Looked up the thread differences:-

Nominal Size / Threads per inch / Pitch of thread

NPT - 1/8 - 27 - 0.3701

BSP - 1/8 - 28 - 0.3601

Can these be supplied to 1/8NPT? Also I assume these cannot be supplied with a thermostat in them?
