Oulton Park - 19th September

Hi all,
So, I've booked my first ever drift day!
Decided to do Oulton Park as I thought the wet track and slow speed would be easier on my car and give me a chance to learn more about controlling the drift etc before I get my LSD fitted next month - currently running the standard 14a VLSD...

Just wondered if anyone else is going and if anyone has had the tuition they offer there - I've booked that also to give me a bit of a head start.

Is there a tyre fitter on site as although I know the wet track will go easy on my tyres, I want my RSR'S to last as long as possible so as I have some part worns (not road legal tho) I thought I might throw those on...

Also, is there a place nearby that'll wash the underside of the car as I've heard if I leave it it'll be a pain in the are to clean after, especially as my cars recently been undersealed.

Finally, any tips or info I should be aware of for the track/day?
Cheers,
Stephen

Don't worry about tyres you wont wear them down.

why not wash your car at home, jack it up and jet wash if you like.

Cheers, I'll stick with the RSR'S then...

Its not ideal for washing on my street and if I was to wait till I went to my parents I probably wouldn't bother lol

Did it last year, had the best day ever, I drove from Lincoln to oulton, did the day and drove home on one tank of fuel, I probably used more rubber on the road than I did there too. Really enjoyed myself and learnt alot, if I can get my car sorted I might book myself on another day as it's been too long!
