As per the title, I ordered the outsiders collectors boxset on 11th december last year and I noticed people have been receiving theirs as of yesterday so thought it was a bit odd that I didint have anything arrive,so then as I was about to order a hoodie I thought id check my account and it says my order has been cancelled?! can you tell me whats happened please because iv also just noticed that pre-orders finished yesterday? I entered my card details and everything on purchase so Im mega confused as to why this has happened?
