paypal problem??

i made a order on wednesday and payed via paypal.. in the status thing in the shop it says "still with paypal" just wondering if this is because of a problem with paypal or weather the money has just not been collected yet??
any ideas

Chances are the recipient has to accept or decline the payment, some accounts don't automatically accept all payments

Hi Gary,
ours is set to automtically receive all payments.
if it's showing as 'still with paypal' that means no message has been received at our end to say the payment's gone through, so no money's actually been sent/taken.
If you can put the order through again, I'll make sure all the loose ends get tidied up on the system

have tryed again and there is still some kind of problem.. must be between the driftworks site and my account because i used paypal earlyer to pay for items on another site and it worked?? and i have no outstanding balance ect.. so there must be some problem somewhere
