Pod Spectator Ticket?

Hey all,
Heading to Pod on Saturday with a mate, he's bringing his car so I've got room for more wheels and such (and a tow home it I break something), I've grabbed him a spectator ticket; does this mean he can come out in the car with me on the track? Or is there a different kind of ticket for that I can buy on the day? Ta.

As a passenger he should be fine with his entry ticket if it's the same rules as DWYB.
