Poly bushing worth it for a daily

Have a BMW E36 compact and my sub frame is knackered.

Going to replace it and thought may as well do the Bushes while i have it out of the car.

Is it worth poly bushing the car while i'm doing the sub frame?? will it make it to stiff for daily driving ??

Opinions and advice welcomed.

Cheers

Matt

They are a fit and forget option and much easier to fit in most applications.
I fit them to everything, can't say I've noticed much difference but all the cars are on coilovers.

Cheers they seem to be a pretty mixed bag my car already has shit ebay coils so cant see it riding any worse but have had people say will make it ride even stiffer and puts more stress on other things bt sounds like its the way to go for it

fit the polly ones. alloy will really make you regret life if you are not into gearbox and diff noises

Ok having a look around and there are two types as a general.

One that is a more durable than standard bushes but is roughly the same in terms of stiffness with slight benefits to handling

The other is more towards track stuff stiffer and less movement

bearing in mind my car is a daily as well as occasionally doing some below average skids which would be worth doing.

Im thinking more towards the slightly stiffer ones because i mainly daily the car but what would u guys recommend, is it a waste if time and money to do the slightly stiffer ones or will i regret going for track orientated ones coz tehy are so much stiffer

Cheers

I've always used Powerflex and they've served me well. Generally i fit polybushes to everything if its worn out and needs replacing.
