A guy i used to go to school with built one of the metro kit tt kit car things. i bumped into him in the pub a while back and he was going on about how many looks he gets. Probably getting looks because it looks so shit! And its still got the 1.1 litre engine :no:

What is it with kit car manufacturers? I mean, if you're knocking up something with GRP it could be any shape you like... you could make something that looked awesome but most seem to end up with something that looks totally shit and screams "kit car" :wack: :euge:

I think for these kit cars to be replicas, they have to actually look like the car they are supposed to be based on, otherwise there's no point in having them.
