Problem using the shop

For some reason everytime i add anything it is adding two, It will let me edit the items but when i try and pay they are back . Is it just me? Been at this for about half an hour now.

Which browser/version are you using?

I am using firefox , Not sure of the version though . If you think that could be the problem i will go and try it on my mates mac and see what happens !

Could you please check that someone called Liam hasnt just ordered 4 pairs of seat mounts

Fine for me bro, ordered some things at around half 9, no troubles

Working fine for me too. Try and update, CTRL + F5 to clear cache or a different browser and get back to me

Just tried again now on a mac book running safari . It must be something to do with my ISP . I think i will just phone up with the order

So you're logged in, with nothing in the basket.
You add an item, and it just doubles in quantity?

Can't replicate it on any browser here...

What i did was select the items and then went to try and check out , I entered all the payment details and clicked pay . Then it did nothing for a few minutes then came back to the payment screen and said there had been some problem (i realise now i should have writen the error code down ) At this stage it showed two of each item in the list on the right hand side. I tried emptying the basket and starting from fresh but it did exactly the same thing again .

Like i say it might be something to do with my isp .
I know its not the card as i used it before and after on different sites.

i got a simalar problem, just went to pay for 3 items in total, came up with this message:-

Error in payment. Sagepay says: 4023 : The Card Issue Number length is invalid.

Then it doubles everything in my basket. The card no i entered was correct as was the vailid from/to dates n it cant be the wrong length as its a drop down menu u choose from

Thats exactly what mine was doing ! I never got to the bottom of it . I would just give them a call mate. Kam got me sorted out within about two minutes .
