Question about replacing a wheel

Hi I need to replace a wheel since the one I had is totally broken. I’m on a spare atm. When trying to look for a replacement new I’m finding that the +38 offset I had has been discontinued and replaced with a +37 offset. I’m really not looking to buy two new wheels, so will the 1mm difference mess up my car down the road?? Thx for the help...btw the exact wheel is gram lights 57dr 18x8.5 / 5x100 / +38 ...color is black
