Question for Japanese used cars regarding US import

Hello Japanese used car representatives,

I have a dream car (truck) that I always wanted and that's a 4 door hilux diesel with 4 wheel drive and a manual gear box. Its one thing to own one but i want to drive it to work and the beach then the woods. So it needs registered in the USA with all the legal documents. So a 25 year old vehicle should be able to do this without costing a insane amount right?

Question 1
Can you get me a hilux as described to the USA?

Question 2
Can you get all the needed legal documents to make it possible to register the vehicle in USA?

Thank You for your time,
A Toyota Enthusiast

Yes no problem we are currently shipping 25 year old vehicles to the USA and they are being registered for road use, it is all legal and legitimate, need more help or info let me know.

Wow! Fantastic!

So do you provide any assistance in the registering process for these vehicles if not do you know someone that could? Assistance as in which legal documents do i need and the little things
about how to properly fill them out.
It would suck if the truck got to my port and then gets impounded or confiscated because i didn't know to check a box off on a
document.

Again thank you for the timely response i hope this works out so i can import multiple vehicles that i desperately want
Thank you!

We do not handle the import side as we are Japan based we have no office in the US, we provide all the documentation from Japan that will be required for registration and you will need to get the appropriate forms for registration from your local transport office (DMV) in the states.

My understanding is that it is straight forward but maybe you should talk with some one from your local motor vehicle transportation (DMV) office for clarity.
