Hi guys i have purchesed some of your fron lower arms off a mate who failed to grease them so was wandering i fyou could advise me fo weather the inserts behind the rose joints are lh or right hand threaded on each arms. This is before i put to much effort into trying to free them.

Also do you know what the service interval is on the rose joints the arms have done around 10k at the moment.

Any help would be much appreciated.
