R32 GTST Manual Conversion Help

Hi,

I am trying to import an R32 GTST from japan. Most of the cars in good condition are autos and I am considering buying one and doing a manual conversion. I have the appropriate tools to be doing it, I just need some guidance on how hard it is (if anyone here has done it) and the parts I would need. I have been looking for an RB20DET trans and they seem to be like hens teeth, would any other boxes work as well with little modification?
Any help appreciated.
 
It's not that hard to do really, from memory you need:
RB20 gearbox
Manual spigot bearing for the crank
Manual flywheel bolts
Manual sandwich plate for the box
Clutch and flywheel
Clutch release/throwout bearing
Clutch master cylinder
Clutch slave cylinder
Clutch line
Clutch alignment tool
Manual gearbox to engine bolts
Manual gearbox cross member
Clutch pedal
Manual brake pedal or cut down the auto one
Potentially a shifter if the box doesn't come with one
Manual gearstick surround
Rubber cover and bracket for transmission tunnel shifter hole
Different rear prop depending on what you have currently
Potentially different gearbox speed sender unit
You'll have to wire the reverse switch up
You can wire neutral switch up or you can loop the wire next to the fuse box in the engine bay
Can also take out that stupid beepy box

I might have forgotten something but that's most of it.
