R32 rough idle + struggles to rev

Just recently brought a skyline r32 RB20DET.

Isn't running right at all.

Problems I have,
Hard starting

Will rev high then drop down low like it's going to stall? And keeps going up and down (won't settle)

Car will rev all the way, but struggles to pick up when you first start to rev??

Anyone shed any light on this?

Air leak somewhere, maybe intercooler piping or AFM,inlet gasket etc, could be numerous places, get an air leak done to find any leaks

Faulty AFM most likely. Make sure it's the right AFM for it and someone hasn't swapped on a different one
