Jesus Mitch you don't hang around much do ya
S14a, very nice
Might I say I had a quick poke around this car when I was collecting the blue Liner beside it on Sunday and it looks to be in great condition.
Well priced too
Yes, I am only halfheartedly selling this one, as most of the stuff is done to it and it feels like home after the blue one. Not quite as rapid yet, but smooth and solid and it loks the nuts IMO.
It was a bit of a rash decision buying the S14a, but unfortunately Rochey had left me with a wad of cash and the car became available
If it sells, it sells and I'll chuck some bits at the S14a and use that, but I'm more and more tempted to up the power a smidgeon on the R32, put a cage and adjustable front and rear arms on it and use it next year, but I don't want the costs to get out of hand. I also don't want to spend too much time fetching and fitting parts as I need to spend time with the family too.
Beautiful car Mitch, do you know how easy it is to convert an R32 gtst to RB25, ive spoken to alot of tuning companies none of whom admit to having done one.
mark
Apart from the wiring, I think the main thing is the gearbox crossmember, which needs a bit of adapting to line up to the body.
I know Julian Smith can do the conversion if you cross his palm with silver, but bear in mind it'll cost whatever the engine and box are, plus fitting, plus transporting it all, plus waiting impatiently for the beast to be born.......
Makes all the sense in the world to buy one ready made There are two on sale at the moment in this very section.
