Hi! Im finally managed to put my self together and start this thread of my stupidly expensive project for R33 RB25 Spec 2 so far have thrown at it 15k just for parts,
since im doing it all my self im saving tons on labour, cos the car is being modified inside out, including head, block, fuelsystem, boot, DIY 3.5" exhaust system twin muffler and entire wiring loom....

Im aiming for 500 bhp at the wheels!!!!

All work is being done in single garage, while car is sitting outside....

I will post some pictures soon my project has been running over a year now so will try to slowly feed the pictures in.....

Update!

Hi! Finally sorted all my pictures out and gonna start from very beginning!

Day one back in 1900's (june 2008) i saw this thing that change my life :)

AT JAP Performance in Bradford!!!









 
Its Brand is GP SPORTS

its hard to find these....

spec list is endless still in progress im hoping to get 500 at the wheels....
 
Thanks mate, I like that bumper. When you get a chance please put up some more pic's & the ever increasing spec list, lol. It looks like this is gonna be a project to watch :nod:

Don't take it the wrong way but is it the first time you've built an engine? Only reason I ask is it would be an awful shame to have spent all that money & something happen because of a simple mistake, while trying to save money. :mad:
 
At the moment im posting history pict about 4 years ago...... So there will be my first little upgrades my first proper build and my current build will be last that still will take my time up to the next summer....

I have built engine before and have learned quite a bit about them, but still will hear other people options, since im not a professional and dont really work as a mechanic, its more of a hobby.....
 
Ok back to history:
When i saw this car i just could not leave it there for sale for some one else, i was ready for anything to get it, my limit before i seen this was 5k, the car price was 7k but that didnt stop me from buying it got the loan and all, job done :)

Now it wasnt ready for sale yet they had to fix some issues on body work and little bits around the car...

So they made me wait for two weeks till i could come and collect it, jeeeezzzz these where longest 2 weeks in my life i just couldn't wait.....

In the end i got it felt rather happy :):):):)

Next day after i bought it my foot got quite heavy already....

I was coming out of a corner flat out sideways when i heard some bang and loads of smoke behind me, guess what turbo shiet it self, since this was a lovely stock ceramic internals turbo!!!!

So i took it off and thats wat i saw :eek:





 
Luckily car had some warranty cover that paid out 500gbp just enough to buy turbo kit from conceptua tunning :) YEEEEEY!!!! My first upgrade was done!!!! :)))







 
I see Jap Performance is living up to it's reputation then with it blowing the turbo up the day after your brought it!! ha ha ha Looking forward to more updates on this:nod: Keep up the good work:thumbs:
 
Thanks!!! You should heard what they said when i told them what happened!!! They said that i was driving car too hard i shouldn't be revving it so high =) Because when i took it for test drive they saw my driving and according to that they tried to blame me :)

All i said is that this car is designed to be floored!!!

But over all car was spotless and engine was in perfect condition with 91k kilometers on clock...
 
After turbo got fitted, give it a bit of wash, and took some more shots, car was quite packed with gadgets... when i put all upgrade prices together it came out to be over 7k so i think it was a very good purchase, more or less got car for nothing :)















 
Damn that looks clean and nice !

Ow and you've got an PM about the turbo and intercooler.....

i mean i bought car already well modified all them mods cost around 7k.... but i paid for the lot only 7k sounds quite a bit but it would cost me even more if i would buy stock skyline and get it to this level....
