RB20 spark plugs

Need some new plugs for my RB20. In the shop section it mentions you can order in NGK Irridiums for the RB engines? Is there any disadvantage in running a cooler set than needed? I'm running an HKS2530 with supporting mods so not entirely sure which grade of plugs to go for. Oh, last question, does the gap need to be set on the NGKs or just plug 'n' play.
 
BKR7EIX is the plug you need, listed in the shop. :)

I guess 2530 is ~320bhp?? 7s should be fine for that much power, if it's a hardcore track car then maybe 8s.

As for gap, always best to check them but should be just plug and play, obviously if you have any misfiring issues then gap them down a bit.

Disadvantage with a cooler set is during normal use they'll foul up more easily due to not running hot enough, cold starts are more of an issue, etc.
