Review of Drift UK's Birmingham Wheels event

Fookin fantastic, whens the next one??:)

I missed the morning so didnt see Nomura drive (apart from the mini :D ) but that didnt matter in the slightest. The drifting in the afternoon was truly spectacular, like what you see in the Option videos. Fredrick and James stood out but Matt, Phil and the others all shone.

The only downside I can see to drifting on short ovals is the danger element to the cars (although this makes it exciting) as I dont think theres going to be loads of drivers willing to risk their cars just yet.

Excellent to see some messing about as well, entertainment is what its all about.:) The relaxed atmosphere for the drivers definately brought the best out of them, Wheels had the best live drifting Ive seen yet.

Big thumbs up!!:)

It was

It was the best thats all I can say. Anyone who was their watching that I spoke to thought it was superb all it needs are more spectators.
The Battle part is the most exciting though make sure that stays and I think its a winner.
