Right Price?

I'm new here and not sure if this is the right forum to post in.

However, I'm currently looking for a new and better drifting car. I have a Toyota Corolla '93 (the wagon) and I wouldn't say it's the best. It has nice rims and an okay I4 engine (I believe 120-130 HP). 5 speed manual transmission. It's not totally had plastic surgery.

Having drifted/raced in it for around a year, I decided, by myself, it's time for an upgrade. I've been searching for a few weeks and yes I know, that's too short.

But, I already have my eye on one baby. The one and only, '94 Toyota Supra. Shiny black exterior, leather black and white interior. It has Twin Turbo. 6-speed manual transmission. 330 HP (3.0 liter) & 315 pounds of torque.

The price is $24,900 and I was very surprised because others are over $35,000, and they're exactly the same. Is this too good to be true? Am I being bullsh*ted? Even though I don't even have my permit yet, any 15 year old girl like me would be desperate for such a baby like this. But just to be cautious, I would like some feedback.

Any comments appreciated!

Your a 15 year old girl with $25,000 to spend on a drift car! O__O' Where did I go wrong in life....................... anyway..

Driftworks is a UK based website, So I would say that most people arnt going to be able to answer your question so well.
I for one, have no idea how much Supras sell for in the UK let alone in America :S.

Any pics of the corrola?

Mint,

Well, I can only reply to your first sentence with, "I just love cars."

I get the money from family, work, and tutoring at a university. And I'm willing to spend it on something that, I'm hoping, will give me the happiest-purchase-I-have-ever-made satisfaction.

As of now, I don't have my car in the drive way. It currently is "grounded" along with myself for sneaking out to drift with friends a month ago. And unfortunately, I don't have any pictures in my phone to share because I got it switched last week.

But thank you for your comment. I didn't know this was based on a UK website.

Gogzy,

Please, haha, don't get the wrong idea. My dad probably won't let me spend that much on what he thinks is "useless and will get you nowhere in life."

I think you should have to register a credit card before joining DW, just to weed out the kids especially at the holidays !
