S13 gearbox onto r32?

My gearbox is fubar'd; 2nd into 3rd is a mission and it doesn't like doing reverse so presume its about to implode. I've got an rb25 one available but its money to do the prop and mount conversion and I'm not running that much powers. I was going to buy another rb20 one but remembered I've got my old s13 one here. Can I just change over the bell housing and stick it onto the r32 or is there more to it?
