S13 rb25 swap rpm

I have just swaped an rb25 in my s13 and i hve problems with the rpm on the speedo. It is pretty acurate on idle but if i go higer on rpms its not acurate… its an 180sx type x speedo. Cant fint anything in any forums about it just all the other speedos. I have tried 10k resistor between the siglan to speedo and ignution on speedo but that makes it worse

Not sure if it helps but I run a CA18 cluster with my RB25/S13 setup. However can’t tell you what was done to make it read sorry. I’ve taken the cluster out a couple times and not noticed any splices.

Could be something to try if you can get your hands on an CA18 cluster?
