You'll be wanting Denso Iridium IQ24 plugs and yup, got loads of them in stock
Vacuum hose, bigger stuff like onto your actuator is 5mm, smaller stuff like onto the FPR or for T'ing in a boost gauge is 3mm. I'll have a quick look on our S13 later today and let you know what I reckon you need

right, from what I can see from a quick poke, most S13 underbonnet stuff is the smaller 3mm and I reckon 2metres of that will do you. It's only the actuator pipe that's 5mm and there's only a couple of inches of that, plus it's a funny preshaped pipe, so I'd be tempted to leave that one and do the rest of the 3mm stuff.
