S13 steering boss

the 70mm dished wheel with 50mm quick release spacer is going to be close whatever hub you put it on . How tall are you Matt? It's the same setup as I have and I find it perfect, but I am 6'3" :)

Sweet  I just didn`t want to buy it to find it was a boss and spacer combined :smash: I`m 6ft dead so that boss should be fine, i`ll get one ordered now.

Cheers

EDIT- order just gone through

Howdy

Just fitted the omp steering wheel (after alot of head scratching with the spacer last night cause i had it on backwards :smash: ) and i have a piece missing from it. Its the ring which fits over the horn button (to keep it in place) in front of the wheel. The marked piece below:-

can you sort me out with one or can you get replacements?

PS:- Cheers for the advice on the boss and spacer sizes, the wheel is in a great position. Although wouldn`t recomend it for a shorty :D

lol :)
That no 8 bit doesn't come as standard, they're a decorative add-on 'to complement and individualise your steering wheel'
The horn button should just be an interferance fit (push it in and it should stay there)
We can certainly supply the rings if you want one, they're about £13

"decorative add-on 'to complement and individualise your steering wheel" Thats abit of a piss take from omp isn`t it, everyone else gives them as standard :smash: :( Do they even make customised ones? i.e. diff colours? Oh well horns look shit anyway so here come a sweet carbon blanking plate :smokin:

Nope, not one of the wheels we've ever had come through DW has had that part as standard, infact the only wheel I've ever seen that has one as standard is a Momo and in my opinion it looked really cheap :).. Carbon is the way ahead though ;)

Ahh the wheel i had was momo and the ohters i have seen were kahn and someother chavvy branded one :smash: Good job carbon rocks :smokin:
