s13 stuck up head lights

hello people, the problem is exactly as the title says, the head lights wont go down bt the lights work fine, not sure if it is down to the relays in the box by the air filter, but they dont click as the lights are switched off, is this a common fault? any help appreciated

May sound a bit simple, but you haven't got the button on dash pressed in so the headlights stay up.

checked the fuse in the fusebox behind drivers side light yet?

i do sorta like them up but id rather they worked properly . all the fuses are fine, but what is the button that keeps them up, sorry for sounding a bit of a nob but its me first s13 lol

There is two big square buttons to the right of the steering wheel push one of those. I did the same thing when i bought my 13!

Timer could have gone dude, if all else fails switch that out.
