s14 Driftworks rear toe rods, replacement joint?

Hey guys, my car has DW rear toe rods fitted to it, came with the car. Unsure how old they are, but one of the rose joints (inner joint, connects to subframe) has a bit of play in it.

I was wondering if you can supply with just a replacement rose joint, rather than me forking out for a pair of entire arms?

Hopefully you can supply just the rose joint, if so, how much? I'd probably opt for a pair, might as well replace both while I'm there.

Edit- I presume it comes with the dust cover included & attached?
