S14 stainless intake

Anyone know where I can get one? I'm talking about the (currently plastic/rubber) intake from the air filter to turbo. Maybe I'm searching for the wrong thing or it's a fab only kinda thing.

Any ideas or links to products?

Turbo intake pipe might throw up more, be fairly easy to make something with silicone and aluminium though.

Yeah true, nothing seems to be about for standard position turbos, mainly top-mount. Could get something made up but it's easier to buy and bolt on.

I'm not really to arsed on what other people do or don't have, it's an S14, every fuckers got one haha

I'm currently making one for my 14a with a t28.i will Be fitting it tomorrow night! As soon as I have fitted it I'll post pictures up here with exactly what I bought.so far it's cost me £18.

Would be nice if someone does find something as I have 0 fab skills and would like one that doesnt have the recirc input hole thing to save blanking it

That was my thought too, my S14 is pigeon'd at the moment so having it pre-blanked would be decent.

I had one on my old 180 dunno who manufactured it though. Try SFS hoses, i'm sure i remember them making a custom silicone one for someone, not too expensive either.

Was after stainless or ali really, can get silicone ones of eBay I think. There is an Apexi on the SXOC which I'm keen on but want to see what morzy's one is like first.

Here is mine mate,on the last picture you can just see my cold air feed I made which sits directly under the filter.it works great and after a good blast the filter is still really cool! I used 2x 2.5inch/63mm silicone joiners, 1x 45degree Aliminium 63mm pipe, I did by another piece. Of straight alloy pipe that is 4" long but it pushed my air filter to close to the slam panel/front mount pipe work.

To better that get your hands on an ally roadsign. Make a heatsheld that will block the hot air being pushed through your radiator. Fold a 90 cut a hole for the filter pipe to pass through and rivet it to the chassis leg and inner wing.
Cold air makes a huge difference to engine running temps and power.
