S14 turbo choice

Hi all im trying to find some info. I've been looking at 3071 or 3067r turbos but now I'm leaning toward g25 660 or g30 660 turbos. It's for an s14 sr20det, that will have hks step one cams, tomei springs, port polish, forged rods and pistons.
I'm hoping for a reliable but responsive 450 ish hp end goal. What's the best turbo to go with for these power goals that would be as responsive as possible.

3071 is good for this power

but go better for g25 new desing
more power in lower
same boost more power
is faster

GT25-550 should be able to do 450
