S14a SR20 Loom Issues

2000 S14a Black Top.

Front right tyre buffed through engine loom as they tend to so I cut damaged ends and twisted wires to get the car to run.

I then one by one cut and extended each wire and routed the loom through the engine bay.

The car now turns over with spark but won't start. Fuel pump getting power and primes. Check engine light flashing constantly.

Getting 12v to injectors but not switching earth. Cant find the issue. Jumped terminals on consult port but check engine light gave 14-1 and 14-6 long-short flashes which as far as I am aware isn't a recognised code.

All wires were soldered and insulated to a high level but definately something I've done that's caused it. Cut out part of harness that was unused (Aircon / headlight washers etc) but shouldn't be an issue as none of the plugs were in use.

What could I be missing? (Besides fuel in cylinders...)

UPDATE:

All extended wires tested and all are fine.

Still nothing from injectors. All fuses and relays checked / tested. Check engine light still flashing.

Anyone got any ideas?

I know this is old but hope this helps for anyone else facing this issue.

I recently had the exact same problem, turns out it is an immobiliser problem. The car is immobilised and cuts the signal to the CAS, for me the solution was to just use my key fob to manually turn off the immobiliser but it may be deeper for others.
