Short Term Insurance

Does anyone know an insurance company that does a short term policy on a car, for example a month or so. I'm thinking about getting a second car and might want to have it on a short term policy while i decide what to do with it, whether to use it on the road or have it on a track day policy. My main car is with Greenlight and the new car would most likely have mods. Any ideas would be appreciated.

some companies let u add another car on to the policy and abvoiusly u can't drive both at the same time, give ur company a bell.

I had a greenlight policy on my roadgoing S14 and they let me add an additional car to the policy for not much dosh. It depends on your reason as to whether they let you or not. If you tell them for example that your main car has engine trouble so you need to drive another for a few weeks it'll be fine. As I found out though you can't do it too many times or tell them it's just for driving to events or they won't let you anymore

I'm going to ring round some places when i get a bit of time but i'm just way too busy at work, plus i haven't got the second car yet and am not 100% what it will be yet.
