Skoda Octavia VRS (Mk1) 2002

The car has been refreshed in quite a few areas since in my ownership:

Footwork: All of this was done following a driveshaft bearing failure. Previous owner has replaced OEM with a spurious part before my ownership.

New VAG N/S Driveshaft (Less than 500 (Hundred) miles)
New N/S Lower balljoint at same time
New Wheel Bearings (Less than 100 (Hundred) miles)
All new VAG suspension bolts (Less than 5000 (5 Thousand) miles)
New front top mounts and bearings (Less than 5000 (5 Thousand) miles)
Weitec GT Adjustable height suspension all around (Less than 5000 (5 Thousand) miles)

Brakes: All of this was done when i found a scored rear calliper and experienced a snapped banjo joint to the rear calliper)

All new brake discs (Grooved and drilled) all round (Less than 1000miles)
All new pads all around at same time (Less than 1000miles)
Brand new OEM Brake master cylinder using DOT 5.1 Fluid
Brand new VAG O/S brake line

Interior:

Brand new OEM VRS floor mats. Minimal use, no wear.

Engine:

Engine is re-mapped by eco-power group. Engine is very torquey and pulls extremely well. The fuel economy is exceptional (I get 50-55mpg on the M1 between yorkshire and northants)
Regular oil services out of piece of mind. Engine uses no oil itself
Standard air box replaced with heat bandaged aluminium hard pipe and green cotton filter
Weak OEM re-circ valve replaced with a Forge 007p item using yellow spring (Stiffer than green (standard), not too stiff)

General:

53,500 Miles only! This is a 2002 reg car.
Generally well maintained and looked after with weekly washes and monthly waxes.
12 months MOT
10 months tax
Cheap insurance
Painted black grille from chrome

Car is currently been kept in secure, dry storage and not being used.

£4300

102 views and no interest! :(

Forgot, decent picture of the car when i was driving it daily. Rolled it at this ride height usually, the pics in the ad are back to standard height for the dire yorkshire roads

Someone must want this somewhere! :'( Its like a 1.8T Golf only cooler, because it's not a Golf!

Bit of a bump to say all new pics are up on the ad now.

Ones that are actually decent. Not the shit that was originally taken!

I got to drive it again to position for shots for the first time since it got dry-stored. Its absolutely superb. Decent, rock solid daily.

Love these. Anyone who hasn't drove one needs to :) I'd have one of these over a Golf or a Leon any day! A LOT cheaper to insure too! GLWTS dude.
