Slow Speed Track ?

Hey.
I'm new in the forum.
Just got myself a miata 1.8 mk1 and already started some minor mods so it can be ready for track ASAP.
I'm trying to find a slow speed track, a bigger karting track maybe ?
Not only as I'm a newbie, but also my personal preference is curvy track and wide angle lock attacks.
And also the chance of being constantly hit by crazy bangers is lower. (the car will be transported and bangs of course are necessary but I want to drift while on track not lay under the bonnet)

So does anyone know a curvy track near London ? Apart from Santa Pod (which isn't very close and not so many track days) and Lydden Hill (has 2 considerably slow corners but uphill so not for starters) I can't find anything else. Arena Essex is an option but that oval oily circuit is boring.

I heard that there's a carting track somewhere near Brighton. Private or something ?

I suppose there isn't any (otherwise will have found it already) so do you think if we can gather of group let's say a small club from South England can rent a karting track occasionally or something ?

Happy rubber dreams lads.
Hope we can find something.

A newbie with a "personal preference" to "wide angle lock attacks" on a "slow curvy track" . . . . . . . hmmmmmm

xaxaxa.

There goes the first wave.
Welcome to the forum George.
There's a track nearby, George.
We love to drift,mate :D

Seriously, is there a casting for it or you just have it naturally ?

No actual casting as such, more of an overall assessment of your sarcasm levels that's carried out over the initial 12 month "newb" period

If,Santa pod is too far from you then you might as well give up before you started, unless your very lucky most people have at least a 2 hour drive.
Essex is fine to learn, just take your lights out and have some fun.
