Snap off boss!!

Hey there i hope iv posted this in the right place I got the snap off boss off you guys larst week and it has some play in it wen the wheel is on and i cant seem to get the horn to work as i only seem to have one black wire comeing from my momo boss!! Is there anything im doing wrong any help wod be great thanks!!

Hi there, there shouldn't be ANY play in the quick release mechanism at all. If it's locked on fully with the locking collar in place so the safety button is released and it has play in it, then we'll send you out a new one immediately. The design is such that there shouldn't be any play at all.
