Snetterton 23rd June. Book now!!

Super tempted to book, heard it's a particularly hard track to skid and very fast though.
Only done Lydden and Santa pod before ...

It is a great track to drift. If you've done Lydden and pod you will be fine and get into the swing of things after a few laps.

Haha just a bit worries people have told me it's fast and lots of majis to keep it flowing. Don't want to get in peoples way as there aren't any groups !

Maybe I'll see how Lydden goes on 22nd and hope it's not booked up if i decide i want to go lol

There isnt lots of manji's at all dude. Agreed its fast but they dont allow manjis on the straights and to be fair even with 320 hp in my skyline i could barely manji out of the fast corners. Im not the best skidder though to be fair
You can manji into corners though but they would be very fast.

Going to be fun. It is very fast - thats the beauty of it! Last hr of the previous one was wet too which made it super entertaining

MSV tracks have very strict noise restrictions... got a few tips if you're only a little over though. I kept failing noise at Bedford on the drive by and solved it with £5 and 15mins

When i last did a snetterton day we arrived just before the briefing. We didnt get noise tested but then again none of our cars were like full straight through rattlers

I think the limit is 106db at about 3/4 revs. But when I was there last they were only checking the cars doing track day. None of the drift cars were tested. I thought I was going to have trouble as my car is quite loud, never had a proper sound test but on some shit phone apps it ranges between 100-105 on idle. Thats with sr20 and nur spec exhaust with no silencers.

I'm still really tempted to book on this. I need to save for holiday but drift day is so tempting.

Do cars have to have tow straps? Or are factory tow eyes acceptable? I looked on the we page but couldn't find a rules and regs page!
