So after selling my two Soarers, and having a brief fling with a 330d, which is up for sale, here is my third Soarer!

I'm loving the pov spec, manual seats, manual steering wheel, no tems, grey instead of wood interior. Factory lsd model as well!
 
Haha! Cheers guys for the nice comments, but re manual conversion, if I was asked in the first week of ownership of the first tt I had, I'd be considering it, but right now I'm just not as bothered. It skids easier than the manual s13 I had, it's not a bad autobox, so not bothered tbh. In the future I might consider it. Atm it feels slow compared to the one I took to 380bhp :( but faster of course than the 330d :)
 
I have owned both a manual and an auto at the same time and the driving feel is completely different between them. As auto's go, the soarer box is awesome but it is always holding the awesome engine back. That being said, it ain't exactly cheap either but it is one of the only modifications though that will add value to your car.

Not the only mod. I tuned my last one up to 380bhp with injectors, emanage, boost ctrl, exhaust, and when I sold it I got 2650, so almost twice as much as I then bought this std one for

I absolutely hate fannying around with these spring compressors. It's a good fifteen mins of pure work out to compress the cnuts

Auto soarers skid the best I have one great car mine is just lowered with a welded diff and a bit of more steering angel
 
Machine polished now, took me ages but worth it. Who knew. My favorite colour was fsg all along and I just didn't know it
