I have one question.
Can I bought those green spare ''things'' for adjust stiffness?
I lost them from my front HSD coilovers on S13.

I believe you are looking for the C-Spanner?

You should have 4 of them with your HSD's! Have you lost all of them? Just use a small spanner/wrench.

You should never ever use a spanner. It can very easily snap the adjusting mechanism off inside the coilover.
They are twistable by hand, but not as easy as when they have the adjuster on. Probably best to borrow one from the back to adjust it.
