sr20 s14 2871r intake pipe setup

Hi, looking for some advice for the turbo intake pipe. The turbo I have is the 2871r that bolts up to the standard two bolt inlet neck, and standard rubber inlet pipe.

I’m looking for 350hp at the flywheel, will the standard inlet pipe/neck be a restriction? Or should I make my own, with say a three inch adapter that bolts onto the turbo then three inch pipe to a filter?
