Sr20det intake backfire

Having issues on my sr20det. Idles good, but as soon as i touch the gas it falls on its face. Also backfires in the intake. So im guessing timing, but when cylinder 1 is at tdc of compression stroke, cam lopes points out, marks is at 10 and 12 and vas is set correctly. Can say that I did rotate the block when the head was of, but dont think that is the issue as everything line up on the compression stroke. Any help to get here?

Have you tried a replacement CAS?

On the CA engine the CAS splines will wear out and timing will be all over the place.

Cas looks good, and when i set the timing with a timinglamp its very smooth. Also notice that the manifold gets hot very fast, which also could meqn timing

Can also say that it ran a little better after i calibrated the tps. But still have some tiny "missfires" when i try to rev it. And i also think that the manifold get hot very fast, its like smoking almost after 30 sec
