Sr20det problems

Hey. Ive got an S14 with an sr20det thats recently hydrolocked due to bad injector.
I have replaced the injector but the car wont run right.
It idlea bad once hot and when I go to drive it it turn itself of if i give it too much gas.
Ive checked:
IACV
TPS
ECU coolant temp
Compression
Ignition
Timing
Fuel pump

The exhaust manifold is leaking due to missing a stud, so will fix that.
And there is a tiny vacum leak somewhere but it have vacum.
Will be replacing fuel pressure regulator too.
Is there anything else i could check?

Plus if you've hydrolocked it with fuel you'll have borewashed the cylinder and fucked that up as well.

Results?

Hydrolock usually doesn't end up well. There's a high chance that you bend the rod if it's running poorly after hydro lock. However that might not be the case in your situation.
I have mesured stroke distance on all sylinders and all were the same, but ehat seems to be the issu is that theres a leak in thr manifold so the lambda reads wrong and think its running rich and then the ecu pulls away fuel causing it to run lean. But compression and stroke lengt on the pistons seems good so idk :/
