So I was hoping to get started on drift car. I've raced cars for years and many of those were on dirt, but never drifted.
Right now I have a 2002 Monte Carlo LS, but from what I've heard it's much easier to just start out with a car that's rwd than try to convert my monte carlo.
Does anyone have any suggestions for what kind of cars I should be look at? My funds are very low, so I'm just looking for more of a junker that I can fix up over the next few years. Or, I would like to build a frame and put the car together but then put the monte carlo body on it. If anyone knows what kinds of frames I could use for that, etc, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Tools and equipment won't be a problem, I can use the same garage that I used when racing.
