Still waiting 4 my hsd coilovers from groupbuy

I order z32 hsd coilovers in the group buy back in November.
I am STILL waiting. I was told I'd receive them at somepoint in Feb, then I was told 20th Feb. Now I'm told they are not even ordered.
I am not happy with the way I've been dealt with, I just want what I have paid for. I don't want a refund cos the wholepoint was to save on vat.
I've spent £1500 with driftworks in the past few month and want to spend another £2k on my s14a, as a loyal customer I don't expect to be lied to.
Please confirm an exact date that I will receive my coilovers!

as above, never heard anything but good things about driftworks customer service. have you contacted them directly?
 
Yep, spoken 2 them a few times now.
They reckon they havnt ordered them yet and won't tell me a delivery date.I paid in nov/dec
It would b easier dealing with a bunch of monkeys.
I jus want the f***ing things
 
Not knowing the full story, it's more likely they've ordered them and are being messed around by HSD or whoever it is and they've not shipped them yet, and it's a mis-communication error between you and them?

Hope they drop you a call - as they probably will once they see this thread. Afterall, their customer service is meant to be really good, and has been when I've spoken to them.

The group buy was placed, the time frame for delivery was stipulated.

Your coilovers were then missed off the shipment, not our fault, but of course the blame lies entirely with us, I accept that. We then apologised, told you about this and either offered you a refund, a cheaper alternative or gave you a rough ETA, which you accepted.

There is nothing more we can do I'm afraid, other than offer you a full refund, or our apologies, and a wait for the next shipment. All of this has been laid out in black and white, of the thousands of orders we process, human error is a factor of life, and unfortunately its fallen upon you.

Why you have felt the need to come and bitch here, when its all been sorted is beyond me?! We don't "lie" to anyone, we're human and occasionally make mistakes. If its attention you're after, just ask and I'll PM you sweet nothings all niiight looong.

I'll refund you in full in the morning, and I'm sorry this has happened. Believe it or not, we do actually care.

I always enjoy Kams personal touch when it comes to the high level of servicing he provides for DW...
 
I've waited a few months on my HSD's for the Beemer.. U didn't heard me complaining.
Rather wait for HDS's then spending way to much money on overpriced KW's etc...
 
The last pair of HSDs I ordered, Kam agreed to take a deposit to hold them, then when I called uo and paid, they were in my house less than 24 hours later. Thats top service :)

FYI cam, I've tried sorting this by phone several times,
Got told different things every time.
If I was told that delivery would b this long I would of went with the meister r's.
I'm not at fault, u guys were!

got them delivered today, at last:)
thanks for getting it sorted ben but could u send me the green knobs for the front please.
i got the extenders for the rear but theres no knobs 4 the front

The zinc range don't use a green cover for the adjusters, they have a larger knurled one.
