Subframe bush metal insert - loose fit

Hi DW bought some poly subframe bushes off you a while back for my S14. Out of curiousity i took out the metal insert of one of the bushes and slid it over one of my studs, the fit is very loose, i can wriggle it about 1-2mm side to side, are they supposed to be like this? The metal insert on my hub bushes are snug against the bolts.

Hi, we're just trying to check to see if they are all the same ID and if it causes a problem.

Ok cheers Phil, Iv got a vernier caliper at hand, can measure them up if it helps.

Measured up the tube internal diameter:

Measured the studs and there are approx 20.40mm give or take a few tenths. So they're just over a mil' out.

Thanks Mattias. That's fine. We had to have them made to that size as the studs in the car seem to have differing amounts of overspray on them, meaning that at the old ID they wouldn't go onto the car.

What are my options then phil? is it ok to use them? or could you supply me some which will fit snug.
