Am please to announce Sunday 19th is on for Drifting at Teesside Autodrome .
The gates will open at 9am sign in get out on track .
Due to "massive amounts of f#%king grass damage " Bobs words we are unable to run the national track between the karting groups if there is time before 4pm to go on the national track you all know I'll do my best to get you on it but I do not promise anything and cannot guarantee any time on it but I'll see what I can do.
cost is £60 per car plus 1 driver £10 per extra driver/passenger .
Track shuts at 5pm or if it becomes unsafe due to ice not that I think it will be but I have to put it . Helmets must be worn cars to have no leaks any that do have leaks will not be allowed on track. No tyre bursting or dirt drops allowed if you go off stop and keep it slow off of the grass any wheel spinning on the grass you will be banned for the remainder of the day with no refund for your stupidity .
All that said I do hope to see you all there
:)

Just a quick question. Not being cheeky but what happens if a driver dirt drops on say an NDC day? Or BDC? Just wondering...

they get no extra points on an NDC round for it so it really is pointless and get told to stop doing it if it keeps happening they will lose points and we charge BDC track fees to cover any damage to the track. which why we ask everybody not to do it ,as it wears away the track edges and causes the track to get big cracks running down it from the edges .

I did hear mention of the 27th, is that still likely to happen as I would also be quite interested in another monday. Just need to get the clutch in and I dont think at the moment that will happen before next sunday.

Im interested in the 27th as well

would like to apologise again for some of the grass damage as i over cooked a corner and bumped a tyre wall last time i was there, i will be trying my absolute best not to repeat that, not that i wasnt trying my hardest last time lol

few steering mods for next time should help catch the awkward skids, i have been practising as much as i can :)

You know there is 3 or 4 people said they're going on fb when you asked, and like last time there was 4 names on the list and 8 cars turned up

Yeah but as usual some people end up dropping out, some people dont say anything, and some people havent seen the thread. so, i covered all avenues, lol

im going to test the lock improvement out lol + new power steering cooler, hopefully i make it through a day with no power steering failure like last time i had this amount of lock
