hi
just got left and right mounts from yo and having a few probs

just fitted the drivers side, its on it lowest and still higher then the standard seat and cannot move the seat back very far at all.

im only 5'10 and its to close to the wheel and far to high
i've got sparco corsa seats, standard size

have i done something wrong??

i got exacatly the same seats and mounts, mine dont really move back neither mate, i think, its easier to mount the frames when youve selected the distance from the wheel before you mount them in the car, thats what I had to do:)
 
Different seat but I find mine the same, got to make custom mounts after this season. I feel too high and too close. Thought maybe I was doing something wonr in mounting or adjusting them!
 
well i think i may ave sorted the problem
just took the pad off the bottom of the seat and its really thick and hard, but removable, so i can replace it:)
the problem with moving the seat back- rase the front of the seat up one, this should give it enough clearance to move back more
roll on tomorrows efforts lol
 
Obviously different seats have different mounting positions, so not all seats go as low. If you're struggling try modifying the rail by dividing the side mounting into 2, and flipping the rear one upside down, then you can drop the rear of the seat right down.

It's difficult because some seats have the mounting bolt holes higher in the seat than others, so not all seats sit equally as low. :(
 
have to bear inmind that your are limited on nissans as the main structure of the car passes under the seat, and unless you cut it out, there is nothing on the market that can over come this problem.

These are super low compared to rails that come with a bace, they don't go anywere near as low. :D
