Swivel camera mount?

I seen a chap at Lydden had a go pro on a swivel mount on his roof with a sort of rudder behind it to keep it straight no matter what way the car was if that makes sense.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

My mate makes some himself. We use them on the competition car. He put a lot of effort into getting the bearing right.
