Teaching sons to drift

I have been doing track days for 10+ years now and my sons are now joining me on those. They have both said they want to learn to drift so I will be getting them down to dwyb early next year. They will be using my track prepared e36 M3. This car is stripped and roll caged with coil overs etc. It is designed to grip.

It is the 3 litre version with 150,000 miles on the clock so will be down somewhat on its original 286bhp. It has a mechanical LSD.

My questions are
Is this enough power
What bits trend to break when drifting
Where to get crap rear tyres as I don’t want them to knacker the current track tyres
Any particular further prep above and beyond normal track day preparation.
How does it work with instructors at dwyb

Thanks all
